09:29 AM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Armstrong World Industries ( AWI ) said Thursday it acquired Geometrik Manufacturing, a Canadian maker of wood acoustical ceiling and wall systems, to expand its wood product portfolio in North America.

The company said Geometrik's designs and wood capabilities, including products made from Western Hemlock, will be added to its Architectural Specialties line.

Armstrong said the deal was funded with cash, but did not provide any amounts.
