09:26 AM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Arqit Quantum ( ARQQ ) said Tuesday it acquired Ampliphae's product portfolio and innovation team to expand its encryption risk advisory offerings.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal adds Ampliphae's encryption visibility and analytics technology to Arqit's quantum-safe encryption platform, the company said.

The acquired service will now be available globally through Arqit's distribution network, Arqit said.

Arqit shares were 10% higher ahead of Tuesday's opening bell.
