04:35 PM EDT, 06/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Array Technologies ( ARRY ) said late Monday that Kurt Wood will step down as chief financial officer on June 30 to pursue other business interests.

Wood will remain with the solar-tracking equipment company as a consultant through the end of September to assist with the transition.

The company said it has begun a formal search for a new CFO.
