04:22 AM EDT, 06/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Array Technologies ( ARRY ) said late Wednesday that it appointed Neil Manning as its president and chief operating officer.

Manning previously served as the company's chief operations officer since January 2023.

This appointment brings a new reporting structure, enabling other executive team members to focus on "priority areas," the company said.
