05:56 PM EST, 03/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Arrow Financial ( AROW ) said Monday its unit Glens Falls National Bank and Trust has agreed to acquire a branch office in Whitehall, New York, from Berkshire Hills Bancorp's ( BHLB ) Berkshire Bank.

Glens Falls will have a total of nine branches in Washington County after the transaction is completed by the end of Q3, Arrow said.

Financial details weren't disclosed.
