09:24 AM EDT, 05/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. ( AJG ) said Monday it has acquired Health Insurance Consultants Australia, a health insurance consultancy and brokerage firm based in Melbourne.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed but Arthur J. Gallagher ( AJG ) said HICA founder Suzanne Still and her team are expected to remain in their current location after the deal closes.
