09:33 AM EDT, 07/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. ( AJG ) said Monday that it has acquired health and benefits consulting firm Cleary Benefits Group.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Cleary Benefits serves mainly mid-size to large commercial clients. Brian Cleary, Heather Katz, and their team will remain in their current location and report to Scott Sherman, head of AJG's Northeast region employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations, the company said.
