10:04 AM EST, 12/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Arthur J. Gallagher ( AJG ) said Thursday it acquired full-service insurance broker Durham & Bates Agencies to expand in the Pacific Northwest.

Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

Durham & Bates is based in Portland.
