10:46 AM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Arthur J. Gallagher ( AJG ) said Monday it acquired Encore Insurance Services, doing business as Encore Group.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Gallagher said employees of the Waterloo, Ontario-based Encore will remain at their current location under the direction of Dave Partington, head of its Canadian retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
