05:21 PM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Arthur J. Gallagher ( AJG ) said late Monday it has acquired New Zealand-based RMA General and its associated insurance broking businesses.

RMA provides commercial and personal insurance products as well as life and health solutions in New Zealand, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
