10:48 AM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Arthur J. Gallagher ( AJG ) said Tuesday that its claims and risk management solutions subsidiary, Gallagher Bassett, has bought NetClaim from NAVEX.

Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

NetClaim will be integrated into Gallagher Bassett's Incident Management team, the company said.
