08:36 AM EST, 03/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Arthur J. Gallagher ( AJG ) said Friday it has received a second request from antitrust regulators for more information on its proposed purchase of AssuredPartners.

The request extends the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act to 30 days after compliance, the company said.

Gallagher said it is "actively responding" to the request and now anticipates completing the acquisition in H2.
