Artis Real Estate Investment Trust Announces Monthly Cash Distribution

04:43 PM EDT, 06/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Artis Real Estate Investment Trust (AX-UN.TO) said Monday its trustees declared a monthly cash distribution of $0.05 per trust unit for the month of June.

The distribution remained unchanged from May.

The cash distributions for this month will be made on July 15 to unitholders on record as of June 30.

Artis is a diversified Canadian real estate investment trust with a portfolio of industrial, office and retail properties in Canada and the United States.
