Artis REIT Declares December Cash Distribution of $0.05 Per Unit

04:36 PM EST, 12/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Artis Real Estate Investment Trust (AX-UN.TO) Monday declared a monthly cash distribution of $0.05 per trust unit of Artis for the month of December.

The cash distributions, which are consistent with November's, will be made on Jan. 15, to unitholders on record as of Dec. 31.
