04:21 PM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Artis Real Estate Investment Trust (AX-UN.TO) after close of trade Thursday declared a monthly cash distribution of $0.05 per trust unit of Artis for the month of May.

The cash distributions will be made on June 13 to unitholders on record as of May 31.

This is consistent with last month's cash distribution.
