04:50 PM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Artis Real Estate Investment Trust (AX-UN.TO) said Monday its trustees declared a monthly cash distribution of $0.05 per trust unit for September.

The cash distributions - which are consistent with the August distribution - will be made on Oct. 15, to unitholders on record as of Sept. 30, with an aggregate of 103.8 million units issued and outstanding.

Artis is a diversified Canadian real estate investment trust with a portfolio of industrial, office and retail properties in Canada and the United States.
