03:56 AM EDT, 07/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Artiva Biotherapeutics (ARTV) said late Thursday it has priced its initial public offering of about 13.9 million common shares at $12 per share for gross proceeds of about $167 million.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to about 2.1 million additional common shares.

The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market this Friday under the symbol, "ARTV."

The offering is set to close on July 22.
