01:53 PM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Artivion ( AORT ) appointed Lance Berry as chief operating officer, adding to his roles as chief financial officer and treasurer.

Chief Medical Officer Marshall Stanton is retiring, effective March 31, the company said Monday in a regulatory filing. He is expected to remain involved in strategy and transition efforts for up to a year after his retirement.

Artivion ( AORT ) shares rose 3.9% in recent Monday trading.
