05:46 PM EDT, 10/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Asbury Automotive Group ( ABG ) said late Wednesday it has won a preliminary injunction in connection with its lawsuit against CDK Global, which has been ordered by a court to provide data for four Asbury dealerships to Tekion as part of a pilot program launched by Asbury at the dealerships.

CDK had refused to transfer the data to Tekion, which competes with the former in providing dealership management system services to automotive dealerships, Asbury said.
