Asbury Automotive to Acquire Herb Chambers for $1.34 Billion

07:39 AM EST, 02/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Asbury Automotive Group ( ABG ) said Tuesday it signed a definitive agreement to acquire the various automotive dealerships owned by The Herb Chambers Companies for $1.34 billion.

Asbury said the deal, which is expected to close in Q2, includes 33 dealerships, 52 franchises, and three collision centers.
