10:33 AM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Asian equities traded in the US as American depositary receipts were rising on Tuesday morning, up 0.3% to 2,312.88 on the S&P Asia 50 ADR Index.
From North Asia, the gainers were led by cosmetics and skincare products company Yatsen ( YSG ) and biopharmaceutical company Zai Lab ( ZLAB ) , which advanced nearly 19% and 4.7% respectively.
They were followed by computer hardware maker Canaan (CAN), which climbed 4.2%.
The decliners from North Asia were led by tea drinks brand Chagee (CHA) and Lidar products maker Hesai ( HSAI ) , which fell 6.2% and 4.6% respectively.
They were followed by technology firm Tuya ( TUYA ) , which dropped 3%.
From South Asia, the gainers were led by pharmaceutical company Dr Reddy's Laboratories (RDY) and technology firm Wipro ( WIT ) , which added 1.9% and 0.5% respectively.
The decliners from South Asia were led by ICICI Bank ( IBN ) , which fell 0.9%, followed by HDFC Bank ( HDB ) , which eased 0.3%.
