03:31 AM EDT, 03/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ASML Holding ( ASML ) and imec said Tuesday they have signed a five-year partnership deal to advance research in the semiconductor industry.

The companies said the collaboration will utilize ASML's ( ASML ) advanced technologies integrated into imec's pilot lines.

Research will focus on silicon photonics, memory, advanced packaging, and AI-driven semiconductor innovations for various markets, they said.
