11:31 AM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ASML Holding ( ASML ) and imec said Monday they opened a laboratory in Veldhoven in the Netherlands to test ASML'S ( ASML ) High NA EUV lithography equipment.

The facility will provide access to the first prototype High NA EUV scanner to logic and memory chip makers, as well as advanced materials and equipment suppliers, the companies said.

The companies are preparing High NA EUV for high-volume production in 2025-2026, the companies said.
