05:28 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ASML Holding ( ASML ) is investing 1.3 billion euros ($1.53 billion) in Mistral AI's series C funding round as the lead investor, leading to ASML ( ASML ) holding a roughly 11% stake in the France-based firm, the companies said Tuesday.

ASML ( ASML ) and Mistral agreed on a long-term collaboration to explore the use of artificial intelligence models across ASML's ( ASML ) product portfolio, as well as research, development and operations.

The companies said that ASML ( ASML ) will gain a seat on Mistral's strategic committee as part of its investment.
