10:26 AM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ASP Isotopes ( ASPI ) said Monday it priced an underwritten registered direct offering of over 7.5 million common shares at $6.65 apiece to an institutional investor, for gross proceeds of about $50 million.

The company said it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including working capital, operating expenses, and capital expenditures, as well as to fund a disbursement to Renergen under its bridge loan agreement

Shares of ASP Isotopes ( ASPI ) were down nearly 5% in recent trading.
