10:13 AM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ASP Isotopes ( ASPI ) said Monday it raised $34.5 million in gross proceeds from selling 13.8 million shares in an underwritten public offering.
Each share was priced at $2.50 and the total shares included the exercise in full by the underwriters of the option to buy up to 1.8 million additional shares, according to the company.
Shares of ASP were up 2% in recent trading.
