12:14 PM EDT, 04/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aspen Insurance said Tuesday it has launched its initial public offering of 11 million Class A shares to be priced at between $29.00 and $31.00 each.

The company said all the shares will come from entities managed by Apollo Global Management ( APO ) . The shares will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the AHL ticker.

The underwriters, including Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and Jefferies, have a 30-day option to buy up to 1.65 million more shares from the selling stockholders, Aspen added.
