04:37 AM EST, 11/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Associated Banc-Corp ( ASB ) said Thursday it priced its public offering of 12 million common shares at $25 per share for gross proceeds of $300 million.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.8 million additional shares.

Proceeds from the offering, which is set to close Nov. 18, will be used for general working capital.
