04:43 PM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Assurant ( AIZ ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $5.73 per diluted share, up from $3.00 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $4.37.

Revenue in the three months ended Sept. 30 rose to $3.23 billion from $2.97 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.19 billion.

Assurant ( AIZ ) said it now expects full-year 2025 adjusted EPS to deliver low double-digit growth. In August, the company projected adjusted EPS to approach 10% growth.

Shares of the company were up 2.5% in after-hours activity.
