09:09 AM EDT, 06/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AST SpaceMobile ( ASTS ) said Tuesday it has promoted Chief Accounting Officer Shanti Gupta to chief operating officer, and Chief Legal Officer Andrew Johnson to the additional role of chief financial officer.

Johnson will succeed outgoing CFO Sean Wallace, AST added.

AST said it named Chief Strategy Officer Scott Wisniewski to the additional role of president.
