Aston Bay Provides Update on Geophysical Surveys, Exploration Program at Storm Copper Project; Down 7%

10:41 AM EDT, 03/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. ( ATBHF ) on Tuesday provided details on the upcoming geophysical surveys and exploration program at the Storm Copper Project on Somerset Island, Nunavut.

American West Metals Ltd., who is the operator of the project, will carry out the program. American West has completed the required expenditures to earn an undivided 80% interest in the project.

American West will be solely responsible for funding the program.

The 2024 fieldwork is scheduled to begin in the coming weeks with the commencement of detailed, high-powered surface electromagnetic surveys, with reverse circulation drilling also planned to begin soon.

The company's stock dropped over 7% on last look on Tuesday.
