Astra Space Regains Compliance With Nasdaq

12:01 PM EDT, 05/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Astra Space ( ASTR ) said Friday it filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31 on Wednesday, regaining compliance with Nasdaq's listing requirements.

The company said it received a deficiency notice from the exchange on May 22 for failing to file its Form 10-Q for the March quarter. Astra had until July 22 to submit a plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq.

The company added that the notice had no immediate impact on the listing of its class A common stock.
