03:54 PM EST, 03/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Astra Space ( ASTR ) said it has agreed to be acquired by an entity formed by Astra Chief Executive Chris Kemp and Chief Technology Officer Adam London.

The entity will acquire all Astra shares it does not already own for $0.50 per share in cash, the company said.

The board approved the transaction, which is expected to close in Q2.
