05:44 PM EDT, 07/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Astrana Health ( ASTH ) said late Wednesday it formed a partnership with Elation Health to expand the support infrastructure for primary care physicians in the US.

Under the partnership, Astrana will deploy its care platform and enablement solutions, along with providing other services, while Elation will provide its EHR platform and billing technology.

Astrana has also agreed to provide its care enablement platform to support a current care provider organization in Hawai'i, the company said.

The company's shares were up nearly 2% in after-hours activity.
