10:52 AM EST, 01/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Astrana Health ( ASTH ) said Tuesday it repurchased 300,000 of its common shares on Friday for $35.17 apiece or about a total purchase price of roughly $10.6 million.

The company purchased the shares from its shareholder Allied Physicians of California, it added.

Astrana Health's ( ASTH ) stock rose 3% in recent Tuesday trading.
