10:47 AM EDT, 07/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Astrana Health ( ASTH ) said Thursday that it has entered into a deal to buy Centene's ( CNC ) Collaborative Health Systems, a management services organization serving more than 129,000 beneficiaries across 17 states.

The deal is set to close by year-end, Astrana said, adding that it will provide an update to the combined company's financial outlook after the acquisition is completed.
