Astronics Closes Convertible Notes Offering due 2031

04:27 PM EDT, 09/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Astronics ( ATRO ) said late Tuesday it has closed its offering of $225 million of zero-coupon convertible senior notes due 2031, including the full exercise of an overallotment option.

The company said proceeds were used in part to retire about $132 million of 5.5% convertible notes due 2030.
