04:15 AM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Astronics ( ATRO ) said Thursday it has priced a $210 million private offering of 0% convertible senior notes due Jan. 15, 2031.

The company has granted the initial purchasers an option to purchase up to an additional $15 million of notes.

The offering is expected to close Tuesday, with the net proceeds to be used to fund certain capped call transactions and to repurchase certain notes, among other things, Astronics ( ATRO ) said.
