10:45 AM EST, 01/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Astrotech ( ASTC ) said Friday it has appointed Ryan Polk as its interim chief financial officer, effective Feb. 14.

The firm said CFO Jaime Hinojosa will serve in the role until Feb. 14, and after that time will provide consultancy services through June 30. It said Hinojosa is leaving to work in family business.

Polk has held CFO positions at both public and private entities, the mass spectrometry company said.

Shares of the company were up over 3% in recent trading.
