05:41 PM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Astrotech ( ASTC ) said late Wednesday it has appointed Jennifer Canas as chief financial officer, effective May 22.

Canas who has held the position of Astrotech's ( ASTC ) Corporate Controller since June 2022, brings more than two decades of senior-level financial experience to the role, the company said.

The company disclosed in a regulatory filing that the board removed Ryan Polk from his positions as CFO, Treasurer and Secretary of the company.
