04:32 AM EST, 02/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Atai Life Sciences ( ATAI ) said late Wednesday it priced a registered underwritten offering of about 26.2 million common shares at $2.10 each for expected gross proceeds of $55 million.

The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 3.9 million additional shares.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on Friday.
