08:27 AM EDT, 04/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Atha Energy ( SASKF ) on Monday said it has amended the terms of its $10 million private placement of shares. The offering, which previously solely comprised of charity flow-through (FT) shares at $0.61, will now consist of any combination of FT common shares at $0.47 each and charity FT shares at $0.61 each.

The proceeds of the offering, which is expected to close on or about April 22, will be used to develop the Angilak project in Nunavut, Canada.
