07:56 AM EDT, 10/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ATHA Energy ( SASKF ) said on Friday that it executed definitive option agreements with Australia-listed Terra Uranium.

ATHA said it signed a definitive agreement granting Australia-listed Terra Uranium an option to acquire a 70% interest in ATHA's Spire and Horizon properties in exchange for $4.8 million in exploration expenditures.

ATHA said it also signed a definitive option agreement to acquire up to a 60% interest in T92's Pasfield Lake property.

ATHA's share price fell 1.5% yesterday to $0.64 on the TSXV.
