04:26 PM EDT, 04/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Athabasca Minerals ( ABCAF ) said Friday it applied to delist its shares from the TSX Venture Exchange.

The delisting is being pursued in accordance with the terms of the subscription agreement between the company and Badger Mining Corporation dated Feb. 9, which will see, Badger will acquire all of the shares.

The transaction is expected to close on or before April 29 and is subject to certain conditions, including, but not limited to, closing requirements set forth in the agreement.
