07:54 AM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ATI (ATI) said Don Newman will retire as chief financial officer on March 1 and will remain in an advisory role to facilitate a smooth transition.

The company has launched a search for a new CFO. Rob Foster, vice president of financial and operating strategies, will lead development of ATI's 2026 financial plan, ATI said.

ATI also reaffirmed its Q3 and full-year 2025 outlooks.
