ATI Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Sales Rise; Narrows Fiscal 2025 Adjusted Earnings Guidance

08:47 AM EDT, 07/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ATI (ATI) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.74 per share, up from $0.60 per share a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.71.

Sales for the quarter ended June 29 was $1.14 billion, up from $1.10 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.16 billion.

For fiscal Q3, the company said it expects adjusted earnings to be in a range of $0.69 per share to $0.75 per share. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.75.

For fiscal 2025, the company expects adjusted earnings in a range of $2.90 per share to $3.07 per share, from previous guidance of $2.87 per share to $3.09 per share. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.99.

ATI shares were down 9.7% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
