AtkinsRealis Appoints Louis Veronneau as Chief Operating Officer

11:32 AM EDT, 06/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AtkinsRealis Group ( SNCAF ) on Tuesday appointed Louis Veronneau as its chief operating officer, taking over from Philip Hoare, who will step down as chief operating officer this summer to pursue new opportunities.

Veronneau is rejoining the company after serving as senior managing director and global head of real estate investments at PSP Investments, where he oversaw a global portfolio valued at $38 billion. He was previously chief transformation officer at AtkinsRealis ( SNCAF ).

Also Kate Kenny will join the company on Sept. 1 as chief growth officer, based in London. She was most recently executive vice president and general manager for engineering services company Jacob Solutions' European business.

The company's shares were last seen down $1.30 to $94.27 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
