07:13 AM EST, 02/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AtkinsRealis Group ( SNCAF ) Friday reported higher fourth-quarter adjusted earnings and revenue that beat estimates.
The company said adjusted net income, which excludes most one-time items, from professional services and project management (PS&PM) jumped to $160.9 million, or $0.97 per diluted share, from $45.8 million, or $0.26 per diluted share. Analysts polled by FactSet had expected $0.95 per share.
Services revenue rose 16.2% to $2.93 billion, beating the $2.83 billion forecast.
For 2026, AtkinsRealis ( SNCAF ) is guiding to engineering services organic revenue growth of between 5% and 7%. Nuclear revenue is expected to be $2.5 billion.
AtkinsRealis ( SNCAF ) will pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share on March 27, to shareholders of record on March 13.
