AtkinsRealis to Serve as Lead Provider for GBP780 Million UK Professional Services Framework

09:03 AM EDT, 04/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AtkinsRealis (ATRL.TO), a professional services and project management company, said on Wednesday that it has been appointed as the lead provider for a UK professional services framework valued at 780 million British pounds ($1.34 billion) .

From April, AtkinsRealis, formerly SNC-Lavalin Group ( SNCAF ), will provide a variety of services, including project and program management, advisory, and design and engineering worth as much as 500 million pounds.

The move will let over 2,000 public sector organizations across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland access AtkinsRealis' services. Sectors that could use the services include central and local government, defense, health, transportation, infrastructure, nuclear, power and renewables, and water and environment.

The term of the framework is three years, with an option to extend for another year.

AtkinsRealis has also been appointed to Pagabo's new 27-million-pound Scotland-specific framework, along with one other provider. This framework is also for three years.
