09:46 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Atkore ( ATKR ) said Tuesday that Chief Executive William Waltz plans to retire and that the board started a succession planning process for a new CEO.

Waltz has informed the company's board of his decision and will remain in his role until a successor is named, the electrical products manufacturer said.

Shares of Atkore ( ATKR ) were down more than22% in recent early trading.
